Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication between study participants and the research team. Duties
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee patient recruitment, screening, and monitoring throughout the study duration.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data using statistical software to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of study protocols, participant information, and compliance documentation.
- Supervise clinical staff involved in the research process to ensure adherence to study protocols.
- Facilitate communication between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct regular audits of data collection processes to ensure quality control and compliance management.

Experience
- A background as a nurse or relevant healthcare professional is preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical research coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and HIPAA compliance is essential.
- Proficiency in data management techniques and statistical software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
