Fresh Pond Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and driven Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment committed to delivering exceptional patient care and achieving meaningful outcomes.
Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving patients’ quality of life by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of physical conditions. You will design personalized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through observation and assessment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Deliver therapeutic interventions using physical and mechanical techniques as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to enhance patient outcomes, engagement, and retention
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)
- Current or eligible for New York State Physical Therapy licensure
- Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in outpatient settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
