Salesforce Developer - Now Hiring

IDR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Richardson, TX. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds to support business processes within a dynamic organization. The position offers a chance to work on complex projects involving integration, automation, and platform governance, all on a full-time, onsite basis.

Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:

• We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integration platforms.
• This will be an Onsite position (Richardson office) all 5 days, for a 6-month contract, with a possibility of extension.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience cloud.
• The role requires strong capabilities in custom development, integration, automation, and platform governance, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, interpreting business requirements, and collaborating on technical solutions.

Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:

• 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• 2+ years development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes.
• Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices.
