Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

I am looking for a chaperone/assistant for my medical procedure on August 10th. Must have own fully-functional vehicle and drivers license. I need a ride to the visit and a ride home. The chaperone needs to stay at or near the clinic waiting area while I am undergoing the procedure, and to verify their role with clinic staff. No specialized medical expertise is necessary.
