Wireman III Senior (Manufacturing)

JOB SUMMARY
The Wireman III is a senior, highly skilled individual contributor responsible for complex electrical assemblies, advanced troubleshooting, and supporting higherlevel builds. This role serves as a technical mentor to Wireman I and II team members and partners closely with engineering on prototype, NPI, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is not a peoplemanager role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and lead complex electrical and control panel assemblies with minimal supervision
• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rootcause analysis
• Support prototype, NPI, and engineering change builds
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve design or manufacturability issues
• Provide technical guidance and onthejob mentoring to Wireman I and II staff
• Identify and recommend process improvements to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 58+ years of electrical assembly or wireman experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
• Proven ability to work independently on complex builds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Exposure to automation systems or PLCcontrolled equipment
• Experience supporting prototype or NPI builds
• Experience working in regulated, safetysensitive, or qualitydriven environments (e.g., manufacturing, industrial equipment)

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $65,000 $85,000 per year.
