Industrial Maintenance Technician I

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining company equipment and facilities in safe, reliable working condition to support daily production needs. This role operates at a foundational level and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

This position also supports and complies with the company's quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety policies, procedures, and programs. The role may involve direct communication with employees, customers, and external representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply basic electrical principles
• Safely and effectively use hand and power tools
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintenance issues
• Utilize the maintenance ticketing system to document completed work
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Follow all regulations related to the identification, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste
• Maintain clean and organized work areas across departments

Education & Experience:

• Certificate from a college or technical school
• 2 years of working experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience

Schedule:

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay Range:
$30-$34 per hour, depending on experience
