Location: Lewisberry, PA 17339
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

We are hiring Forklift Operators for a leading animal health company in Lewisberry, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a clean, climate-controlled warehouse, hands-on warehouse experience, and long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Receive inbound shipments and verify product, quantity, lot number, and condition.
• Put away inventory into designated warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack and prepare customer shipments.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
