Facilities Maintenance Technician | $21.21/hr | 1st Shift
Stanley Black & Decker – Dallas, TX (North Dallas)
Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire
Kelly® is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for Stanley Black & Decker in Dallas, TX. This role supports facility upkeep and equipment maintenance in a global manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule:
- $21.21/hr, Weekly Pay
- 1st shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- General building repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, concrete)
- Maintain HVAC, chillers, boilers, air compressors, dryers
- Assist with equipment moves and installs
- Support preventive maintenance and seasonal prep
- Help with 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Technical School preferred)
- 3+ years’ facilities/maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC knowledge; licensed electrician a plus
- Microsoft Office and CMMS experience
- Ability to work independently, complete work orders, and communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 33 lbs; exposure to noise, machinery, and varied temperatures
