- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initial contact through fulfillment.
- Proactively engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and providing updates on order status and warranty claims.
- Supporting sales representatives and distribution partners, preparing quotations, processing orders, and generating reports for sales and distribution activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams—including sales, accounting, operations, and production—to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
- Managing communications across phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Developing in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales (experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing industries is a plus).
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and a team-oriented approach.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new CRM systems and technologies.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
