Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical

Summary

We are hiring a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Salina, Kansas. This role is ideal for both new graduate and experienced RNs who are passionate about providing high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative hospital environment with a maximum 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Pay

• $29.00 – $43.00 per hour (Based on education and experience)
• $2.00/hour Night & Weekend Shift Differential
• Up to $5,000 Relocation Assistance

Schedule

• Full-Time (0.9 FTE)
• Night Shift
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Weekend & On-Call requirements discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while following nursing standards.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License (Required at the time of submission).
• Current BLS Certification.
