Seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team in Maple Grove, MN. This hands-on role involves assembling HVAC components and finished products using hand and power tools while maintaining quality and safety standards. Candidates who enjoy working with their hands, following work instructions, and being part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

• Assemble HVAC units, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any quality or safety concerns.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
