Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of two years’ recent experience as an OR nurse
  • Proficiency in scrub and circulating roles preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (as required)
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
  • Experience with electronic medical records a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures
  • Ensure a sterile operating environment and adhere to best practices
  • Monitor patient safety, status, and comfort throughout procedures
  • Accurately document intraoperative events and patient care notes
  • Actively participate in preoperative and postoperative care planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
