This full-time, in-person SLP assignment covers maternity leave from February 15, 2027, through May 27, 2027. Work alongside a highly experienced SLP, serve preschoolers (ages 3-5), and gain exposure to a variety of speech and language needs ranging from mild to severe. This role will stretch your clinical skills and bolster your resume—while leaving you time for adventure on weekends.
Desired Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC credentials with experience in school settings
- Expertise in early intervention/preschool populations
- Proficient in assessing and treating articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, social-pragmatic communication, and high-tech AAC
- Ability to manage a range of severity levels
- Enthusiastic about in-person service delivery; strictly no teletherapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and a highly experienced SLP on-site
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide expertise on AAC devices and interventions
