Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist passionate about making a difference in the lives of students. Work onsite for the 2026-2027 school year in a collaborative, supportive environment. As a valued member of a special team of four SLPs and one SLPA, you’ll focus on evaluations across two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.
Your background in SLP (CCC or CFY) and experience in K-12 settings will be highly valued. You’ll help ensure quality services are delivered to a diverse student caseload, working both independently and alongside your colleagues.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid WA Speech Language Pathologist License
- Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Experience in schools with elementary, middle, and high school student populations preferred
- CCC or CFY credential welcomed
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic caseload across multiple sites
- Conduct speech/language evaluations as a top priority
- Deliver therapy and intervention services aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and students
- Provide support and expertise to instructional staff as needed
