Forklift Driver / Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

We're hiring a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Associate for our team in Claremore, OK 74017! This is a 12-month contract position paying $22.00 per hour, with the potential to become temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs. In this role, you'll spend most of your shift operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout a fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You'll also be responsible for documenting inventory transactions in SAP, supporting daily warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work 12-hour night shifts. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, and while SAP experience is a plus, paid onsite training and forklift certification will be provided.

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotating Schedule: 2/2/3 (12-hour shifts)

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Spend the majority of the shift operating a forklift.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using SAP software.
• Work outdoors for up to 15% of the shift while moving materials.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems and complete onsite forklift certification and SAP training.

• Regularly lift and move up to 20 lbs.
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a climate-controlled production/manufacturing environment, with up to 15% of the shift spent outdoors.
