Description
- Designs and develops engaging and interactive training solutions and assets, adhering to industry design standards.
- Leverages current design technologies and instructional design industry best practices to build online curriculum and training courses for the learning management system.
- Creates content using a variety of multimedia (e.g., audio, video, digital) and techniques (e.g., graphic manipulation).
- Modify scripts, creates storyboards, and identifies format/modality of training courses for ideal user interface (UI).
- Converts existing written programs to digital media and creating written communications, job aids, trainee materials, and instructors guides when appropriate.
- Evaluates training courses to identify areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, coordinate, and implement a broad range of learning assets and experiences that support employee development and drive business outcomes.
- Continually review existing education learning assets and experiences to evaluate accuracy and impact
- Monitor and analyze effects of Learning & Development programs, making necessary changes to current processes to ensure quality standards
- Assist in design, development, delivery, and evaluation of processes as assigned throughout Learning & Development
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Five (5) years of experience in education, training, or instructional design, with one year of experience in education evaluation and testing practices.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
- Knowledge of company policies/procedures and education delivery options.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and current industry best practices.
- Ability to navigate learning management systems.
- Proficient in eLearning development using design technologies (e.g., Adobe suite, Captivate, Premier Pro, O365, Articulate).
- Knowledge of user interface design.
