Nurse LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN's

Location: Lake Grove

Schedule: 9:00 - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $28.62 – $36.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care under provider supervision
• Record vital signs and assist with exams and procedures
• Perform administrative duties: scheduling, documentation, and filing
• Greet patients, answer phones, and route messages
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records
• Coordinate with team members to support quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Active New York State LPN license
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
