Job Requirements:• Minimum one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience• Local experience may be considered only when supported by previous verifiable OTR experience• Valid Class A CDL• Must be at least 23 years old• Must meet all CTI and DOT qualification requirements• Must be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement• Expected to obtain Hazmat within 90 days or demonstrate active progress toward completion• Not eligible if previously enrolled in the DOT SAP program• Must communicate effectively with dispatch
Job Description:AVERAGE $1,700–$2,000 GROSS PER WEEK | HOME APPROXIMATELY EVERY 3 DAYSAt least one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience is required. Local experience alone does not satisfy this requirement unless supported by previous verifiable OTR experience.Join CTI as a West Regional Delivery Driver based at our terminal in Kingman, Arizona. Drivers pick up in Kingman, deliver freight throughout the western region, reload, and return to Kingman.Most runs return approximately every three days. Once you return, you can keep running for additional miles or take time at home. This position combines OTR earning potential with frequent, flexible home time.PAY AND INCENTIVES• $0.45 CPM, loaded and empty• $40 for every qualifying delivery or pickup stop• $500 bonus after every 10,000 loaded miles• Additional $0.02 CPM while hauling Hazmat• $150 for California live loads• $75 for qualifying Midwest live deliveries• $10 drop-and-hook pay, except when going home• Mileage-based vacation pay• Driver-referral bonuses• Weekly direct depositBENEFITS AND DRIVER ADVANTAGES• Average $1,700–$2,000 gross per week• Home approximately every three days• Flexible time off• Consistent refrigerated freight• Medical, dental, vision and life insurance• Company-matched 401(k)• Late-model, well-maintained equipment• Rider program for passengers age 18 and olderThis is a terminal-based slip-seat position using CTI’s late-model, well-maintained equipment.A Hazmat endorsement is not required when applying. Drivers must be willing to obtain it and are expected to complete the process within 90 days of hire or demonstrate active progress toward completion.
