Location Mossville, IL
Onsite – Monday through Friday
Duration Contract through May 2027 with potential extension
Pay Rate $18/hour
About the Opportunity
Our client, a global leader in the industrial and manufacturing space, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily team operations and leadership activities within a collaborative office environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys supporting teams, coordinating activities, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will support two directors and play a key role in team coordination, scheduling, travel support, and culture-focused activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support office operations, supply management, and team coordination
- Help organize team engagement initiatives and Culture Club events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain organized documentation and records
- Partner with administrative staff and cross-functional teams to support business needs
- Assist with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks to help the team run efficiently
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative, coordinator, office support, customer service, or event coordination experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to support team initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scheduling meetings or coordinating calendars
- Exposure to travel coordination or expense management
- Experience supporting managers, team leads, or department operations
- Event coordination or team engagement experience
- Experience in corporate, manufacturing, or professional office environments
