Healthcare Construction Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience being a Project Manager for general contracting companies withing large healthcare projects
• Strong written or verbal communication skills
• Experience tracking scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience with healthcare inspections strongly preferred within building codes, regulations, and compliance standards. (AHCA, TJC, CMS, ICRA, ASHE, ect)

• Procore experience
• Experience working for another general contracting firm within the healthcare industry (Verdex, Hendrick Brothers, The Weitz Company, Robin & Morton, Bransfield & Gorrie, Gilbane, Suffolk, Miller Construction, DPR Construction)

This Project Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and safety standards, and tracking project performance. The role also involves identifying and mitigating risks, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining clear communication across all project phases.
