Physical Therapist

Location: Gillette, Wyoming
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Setting: Outpatient

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• Part-Time: Minimum 20 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling available

• No weekends or on-call requirements

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, individualized patient care while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation equipment.

• Ensure patient safety while following evidence-based clinical practices.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.

• Eligible for Wyoming Physical Therapy licensure.

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
