No advanced manufacturing experience required. Candidates with warehouse, construction, production, assembly, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.

• Load sheet metal and materials into production equipment.
• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read a tape measure and verify product dimensions for accuracy.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with building and preparing metal frames and components.
• Band, wrap, and palletize finished products for shipment.
• Use hand tools and banding equipment to secure orders.
• Lift, move, and handle sheet metal and finished products throughout the shift.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience operating machines or using hand tools.
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal, construction, assembly, or warehouse environments.
• Experience loading and unloading materials or trucks.

Work takes place in a metal fabrication facility that is not climate controlled. Employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures and performing physical labor throughout the shift. This role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials for the duration of the workday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.65 - $19.65/hr.
