Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub during a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety
- Prepare the operating room, instruments, and supplies per case requirements
- Monitor patient status, advocate for their care, and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
- Uphold strict infection control protocols and hospital policies
Desired Experience:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (other certifications a plus)
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
