What You'll DoPerform precision MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components
Weld materials ranging from .063" to 3/8" thickness
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Set up and adjust welding fixtures for a variety of production applications
Verify finished products meet quality and print specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing objectives
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in training team members as needed
Experience with aluminum MIG and TIG welding
Ability to weld material thicknesses from .063" to 3/8"
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience
Experience training or mentoring others
Experience with welding fixtures, fabrication equipment, or production welding environments
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and lifting
Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30+ pounds
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may include varying temperatures

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
