Physician - Primary Care / Post-Acute Care (Warwick, RI)

Location: Warwick, RI
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living & Memory Care
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Round-and-Go Model

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive care to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute settings. This role offers a flexible round-and-go schedule, clinical independence, and opportunities for additional income through Medical Directorships.

• Provide primary care to geriatric and post-acute patients.

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Conduct examinations, manage medications, and order labs/imaging.

• Coordinate care with nurses, NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals.

• Visit assigned facilities approximately twice per week.

• Participate in limited rotation-based call coverage.

• Opportunity to serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities.

• MD or DO with training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.

• Active or eligible Rhode Island medical license.

• Active DEA license.

• Skilled nursing, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred.

• New graduates with geriatrics or post-acute exposure may be considered.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
