This role seeks skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to work in educational settings, making a significant difference in young learners’ daily lives. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working with students across a range of ages and abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct speech and language therapy to students
  • Collaborate closely with educational staff to support IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to implement strategies within the classroom and at home
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluations and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment for students’ communication and social goals
