Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Mom is suffering from some kind of neurological condition or depression. We aren't sure yet, still seeing doctors. My dad is with her 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. While he is away, I need help making sure mom takes pills and has nutritious meals and help cleaning up after her small dog. I go every weekend to refill pills and check on her and clean house. About the care needs: Just need someone to check on her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
