Companion Care Needed

I'm 37 and disabled ( on SSDI ) and have a mental health condition that keeps me from working. I read a lot ( right now a bit on disability studies, but I like literature and philosophy and psychology and Buddhism too. ) I need some help around the house with small things and some light cleaning, etc. I don't drive and sometimes it would help to get a ride to the grocery store, if possible. Also, I live alone and think that it would be helpful to have someone coming by once in a while, as I really don't know anyone right now and my sleep is sometimes off.
