Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I am a new mom to a 3-month-old looking for help while I work from home. I will still be participating in her care when I'm available, but I need someone that can take the lead while I have meetings or need to focus. looking for someone who will not just provide the basic care needs, but also help with her developmental milestones like playing, music, etc. she loves to smile and dance in her bouncer and listen to music. when she is napping, it would be great if this person could help me with light housekeeping as needed. I'm looking for a non-smoker with reliable transportation, and someone who will love my daughter like their own. I have two dogs so you must be comfortable with pets.
