Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I have a small dog (6. 5 pounds). I usually put him in his crate or take him to friends while home is being cleaned. I do have a special cleaner for 3 pieces of furniture to be used once a month. I would also like bed linens changed at each cleaning.
