Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit. \n
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. \n
- Administer medications, including anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, and antiseizure medications. \n
- Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor progression. \n
- Provide breastfeeding support and education to new mothers. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic charting system. \n

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. \n
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA or ARC only). \n
- Experience with Epic charting system is required. \n
- Travel experience and previous charge experience are preferred. \n
- Community hospital experience is required. \n
