Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-level, specialized nursing care in the Neuro Trauma ICU.
\n
• Manage complex neurological and trauma cases with a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Monitor and manage patients using advanced critical care technology.
\n
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention and isolation protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
\n
• Must hold a PA or compact nursing license.
\n
• Completion of at least one travel assignment is required.
\n
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.
\n
• Experience with Cerner charting system.
\n
• Proficiency in managing ventilators, arterial lines, and other ICU-specific skills.
\n
• Preferably with Trauma Level II experience.
\n
