Job Requirements\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
\n
• ACLS certification required
\n
• PALS certification preferred or required based on unit needs
\n
• Experience in outpatient, urgent care, emergency department (ED), ICU, or similar acute care settings is highly valued
\n
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team
\n
• Strong assessment, communication, prioritization, and clinical documentation skills
\n

Responsibilities\n

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in an outpatient and urgent care holding setting
\n
• Monitor patients who require continued observation and clinical support
\n
• Perform thorough patient assessments and promptly communicate changes in condition
\n
• Support care coordination, treatment preparation, and discharge readiness
\n
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary staff to deliver efficient patient care
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
\n
• Help ensure a calm, organized, patient-centered care environment
