MRI Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type\nContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform MRI imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, and musculoskeletal studies \n
- Execute advanced imaging techniques including diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, spin echo images, and CINE \n
- Utilize surface coils and apply T1 and T2 imaging protocols accurately and efficiently \n
- Operate GE and Siemens MRI equipment in accordance with facility protocols \n
- Document patient information and imaging records using EPIC electronic health record system \n
- Provide imaging services for patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics; familiarity with neonates, infants, and pediatric patients preferred \n

- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience required \n
- Prior travel technologist experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered \n
- Active ARRT certification required \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- NC state license or compact license required (pending licensure acceptable at time of submission) \n
- Proficiency in peripheral magnetic resonance imaging techniques required \n

- Experience with chest MRI imaging \n
- Proficiency in image post-processing techniques \n
- Familiarity with neonatal, infant, and pediatric patient populations \n
- \n
- 13-week contract opportunity at a well-established healthcare facility in coastal North Carolina \n
- No call or float requirements, offering a consistent and predictable schedule \n
