We are urgently seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a Rapid Response Crisis travel assignment at a Critical Access Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and adaptable RN who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity across all age groups. You will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
\n
• Previous Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing experience required.
\n
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital is preferred.
\n
• Current BLS Certification (Required).
\n
• ACLS certification preferred (if applicable).
\n
• Excellent assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care setting.
\n
