Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting, including antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care
\n
• Float as needed within the OB department, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Well-Baby Nursery
\n
• Flex to Med/Surg as required, as this is a critical access facility with 25 beds requiring multifaceted nursing support
\n
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Cerner electronic health records
\n
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and adhere to the facility's call-off policy (maximum 3 shifts per 13-week contract without penalty)
\n
• Attend orientation, which is conducted on Tuesdays only
\n

Required Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Nebraska
\n
• Prior travel nursing experience required
\n
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
\n
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
\n
• PALS certification (AHA or ARC) or ENPC
\n
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
\n

Preferred Experience / Skills\n

\n
• TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, or SANE certification
\n
• Experience in a critical access or small rural hospital setting with demonstrated ability to float across multiple units
\n
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system
\n
