Job Title: Cardiovascular Cath Lab Tech CWR

Job Summary:
\n The Cardiovascular Technologist will assist physicians with invasive cardiac and peripheral diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including temporary and permanent pacemaker placement. Responsibilities also include assisting with circulatory support devices such as IABP and Impella.

Required Qualifications:
\n • Two (2) years of prior experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or invasive procedure area in an acute care hospital.
\n • Six (6)-12 months during CVT accredited program or two (2) years in another cardiac vascular laboratory.
\n • Familiarity with computers, hemodynamic monitoring, and sterile operative techniques.
\n • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platform.
\n • Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular technologist program, radiologic technologist program, or applied science program.
\n • AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (HCP) Certification.
\n • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 3 months of employment.
\n • RCIS exam by CCI or Radiologic Technologist License within 1 year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
\n • Three (3) years of experience.
\n • Associates or Bachelors Degree in health science field.
\n • Licensed special procedures Radiologic Technologist.

Additional Information:
\n • Experience with manifold system, scrub assist, and table-side required.
\n • Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 100 lbs., and stand for a minimum of 4 hours a day.
\n • Adherence to radiation safety standards and organizational policies.
