\n• Facility Department/Cost Center: 317360501 – Medical Surgical Telemetry
\n• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
\n• Specialty: Cardiac and Stepdown
\n• Number of Openings: 3 currently
\n• Shift: 12 hour shifts
\n• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
\n• Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend
\n• Call Requirements: only if census is low
\n• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
\n• Years of Experience: 1 year PCU or stepdown
\n• Float Requirements: yes
\n• Additional Notes:
\nUnit Information:
\n• Number of Beds: 36
\n• Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 for the Cardiac patients and 1:3-4 for PCU/stepdown population
\n• Equipment: telemetry monitoring
\n• EHR: Cerner
\n• Supervisor: Calleigh Gomoll Manger and Cherlynn Erickson Director
\n• Patient Population Cardiac population with trauma and stepdown level of care, Telemetry
\nHiring Profile:
\n• Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac patient populations, chest tubes, cardiac monitoring and cardiac drips, and cardiac stepdown populations
\n• Preferred Skillset/Experience: PCU/ Stepdown patient populations, Low level ICU skills
\n• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Chest pain, VATS, Stroke/TIA, Pre&Post Open Heart Surgery, Pacemakers, Heart Blocks, Vascular, CHF
\n• Personality Fit: Teamwork is a must
\n• Required Education: Associate
