• 💰 Pay: $37/hour on W2
\n
• 🏠 Weekly Stipend: $1,246
\n
• 💵 Total Weekly Pay: Approx. $2,578
\n

Job Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide critical care for patients in a 10-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
\n
• Care for immediate post-operative open-heart surgery patients from Day 1.
\n
• Monitor and manage hemodynamically stable and unstable cardiac patients.
\n
• Operate advanced critical care equipment, including A-lines, chest tubes, central lines, ventilators, and multiple IV pumps.
\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
\n
• Assist with discharge planning and provide patient and family education.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active Montana RN License
\n
• Minimum 2 years of CVICU/Critical Care experience
\n
• Recent Open Heart Recovery experience is required
\n
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
\n
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
\n
• Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
\n
