Job Description
We are working with our health insurance client to locate an eLearning Developer to support a large-scale rebranding initiative. During this project, you will review approximately 200 existing eLearning courses, update company references and intranet links based on a detailed tracking spreadsheet, and complete quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Review approximately 200 existing eLearning courses for outdated company references. \n
- Update company names, terminology, and related content according to a provided tracking spreadsheet. \n
- Replace or correct intranet links within course materials. \n
- Edit existing courses developed primarily in Articulate Storyline, with some courses developed in Articulate Rise. \n
- Track completed updates and document any issues requiring additional guidance. \n
- Follow established project instructions, quality standards, and naming conventions. \n
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve questions and confirm required changes. \n
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure all requested updates have been completed accurately. \n
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining consistency across the course catalog. \n
Start Date: Late August

\nHours: 40 hours per week; flexible schedule with availability required from 9am to 2pm PT

\nExperience Required:
\n- \n
- Experience updating and maintaining existing Articulate Storyline and Rise courses. \n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct outdated references and links. \n
- Ability to follow a detailed spreadsheet, established instructions, and project guidance. \n
- Ability to work quickly and independently while maintaining quality across a high volume of courses. \n
- Comfort collaborating with internal team members to resolve questions and confirm required changes. \n
- Must be able to share samples during an interview \n
- A background check and drug screen are required for the selected consultant. \n

\nThe pay range for this is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
