\nThis position involves hands-on work building large reinforced concrete structures such as agricultural tanks, waste storage systems, and other infrastructure projects.\n

\nEmployees work outdoors in a physically demanding environment and travel to job sites as required.\n

\nThis role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, working as part of a crew, and contributing to large construction projects.\n

\nPay Structure\n
\nPay is based on experience level:\n
\n- Entry-Level Laborer:$23 – $25 per hour\n
\n- Experienced Laborer:$25 – $29 per hour\n
\n- Key Employee / Lead Laborer:$30 – $35 per hour\n
\nA key employee is a highly experienced concrete worker who provides leadership on the crew but may not be a foreman. Weekly overtime opportunities are common.\n

\nTravel & Work Schedule\n
\nOur projects vary in location and travel requirements.\n
\n
\nLocal Projects\n
\nApproximately 60% of our work is within driving distance of our shop in Rosendale, WI.\n
\nEmployees meet at the shop and travel to job sites in company vehicles each day.\n
\n
\nSemi-Local Projects\n
\nFor jobs more than 1.5 hours from the shop, employees may stay in hotels during the work week (typically Monday through Friday).\n
\n
\nLong-Distance Projects\n
\nFor projects several hours away or out of state, employees may stay out of town for up to 2–3 weeks at a time before returning home.\n
\nTransportation is provided using company vehicles.\n
\n
\nPer Diem\n
\nEmployees receive a $50 per day per diem for nights spent out of town.\n
\n
\nCompany-Paid Hotel Arrangements\n
\nFor in-state projects employees may share hotel rooms.\n
\nFor longer distance projects employees typically have their own rooms.\n
\n
\nWork Schedule\n
\nTypical start time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM\n
\nTypical weekly hours: 60+ hours per week\n
\nWork days: Monday through Friday\n
\nOccasional Saturdays may be required, especially during extended out-of-town projects.\n
\nNight shifts are very rare but early morning concrete pours may occur.\n

Construction Execution: Assist with construction of reinforced concrete structures including tanks, walls, and foundations. Tasks include:

Setting and stripping concrete forms

Placing and tying reinforcing steel (rebar)
\n - \n
Pouring and finishing concrete
\n - \n
Installing waterstop and embedded items
\n - \n
General jobsite labor and material handling
\n

Site Operations:

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
\n - \n
Operate power tools and construction equipment safely
\n - \n
Assist with concrete pours and formwork installation
\n - \n
Maintain clean and organized job sites
\n

Team Support:

Work closely with foremen and experienced crew members

Follow instructions from supervisors
\n - \n
Support other team members to complete daily work tasks

Assist in mentoring less experienced workers when applicable
