Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Carbondale, Illinois.

- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. \n
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. \n
- Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person. \n
- Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. \n
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. \n
- Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. \n
- Participate in continuing education. \n
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records. \n
The ratio is 4:1 on PCU patients.
\nEvery other weekend and holidays.
\nShift is 1900-0730
