Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Neuro Operating Room. \n
- Function independently in neurosurgery procedures. \n
- Administer blood and blood products as needed. \n
- Ensure patient safety and infection control. \n
- Participate in trauma and orthopedic surgeries. \n
- Handle specimen labeling and management. \n
- Respond effectively to code situations. \n
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. \n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. \n
- Neuro, trauma, orthopedic, and robotics experience required. \n
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only). \n
- EPIC charting system experience preferred. \n
- Must be able to work 4x10s or 3x12s shifts. \n
- Available for on-call duties as required. \n
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:1. \n
- Experience with trauma Level I and II facilities preferred. \n
- Must be able to care for patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics. \n
