As a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Retail Tech organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL.\n

\nThe Senior Business Analytics Consultant serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational partners to support application enhancements, production support, and release management activities. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes and data, documenting requirements, coordinating testing efforts, managing change activities, and ensuring successful deployment of application updates. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to drive business outcomes.\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nAnalyze and understand application data, business processes, and system functionality to support operational and strategic initiatives.\n
\nCreate and maintain user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.\n
\nCoordinate and manage testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation of results.\n
\nExecute testing activities as needed to support project timelines and release schedules.\n
\nCreate and manage change records through ServiceNow to ensure compliance with change management procedures.\n
\nCoordinate release activities and prepare release documentation for production deployments.\n
\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, and deep-dive sessions to address business requests, identify solutions, and resolve production issues.\n
\nPartner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate project status, and support issue resolution.\n
\nMonitor production issues and collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and recommend solutions.\n
\nEnsure project deliverables, documentation, and testing activities align with organizational standards and best practices.\n

\nQualifications\n
\nRequired Skills & Experience\n
\nExperience in Business Analysis, Business Analytics, Project Coordination, or a related role.\n
\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n
\nExperience working with Jira for requirements management, user stories, defect tracking, and project coordination.\n
\nHands-on experience with software testing, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.\n
\nAbility to write clear and comprehensive business requirements, technical specifications, and process documentation.\n
\nKnowledge of change management processes and experience utilizing ServiceNow for change record management.\n
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex data and application functionality.\n
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n
\nDemonstrated ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.\n
\nPreferred Qualifications\n
\nExperience supporting application releases and production support activities.\n
\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.\n
\nExperience facilitating stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops.\n
