Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of LTC Experience \n
- Active MA RN License \n
- BLS, ACLS Certification (AHA required) \n
- 2 Supervisory References (within the last 2 years) \n
- Valid Driver’s License \n
- COVID Card \n
