We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a contract opportunity in Wisconsin. This position is ideal for an RN with recent Emergency Department experience who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, treat, and stabilize patients while ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes.

As an ER RN, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administer medications and treatments, respond to medical emergencies, provide patient and family education, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, support patient safety, and contribute to delivering exceptional emergency nursing services. Travelers may be required to work at the facility's Emergency Department locations in Janesville and Beloit based on operational needs.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse experience (Required)
\n
• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
\n
• Education verification (Required)
\n
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
\n
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
\n
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification
\n
• Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) Certification
\n
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or TNS Certification (Required)
\n
• Strong knowledge of emergency nursing, patient assessment, triage, and critical care
\n
• Experience administering medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and state regulations
\n
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
