American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a critical access hospital, requiring ARRT certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details\n- \n
- Critical access, 25-bed hospital setting in the Mammography department \n
- Average daily caseload of 8 screening mammograms \n
- Uses Meditech and PenRad for exam tracking \n
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM \n
- 32 hours per week \n
- No weekends, holidays, or call requirements \n
- Floating is not required \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist \n
- ARRT certification required \n
- Arkansas state radiology license required (can be obtained prior to start); license required if applicable \n
- Experience with Meditech and PenRad preferred \n
- Must be able to perform mammography exams and manage QC and follow-up letters for patients \n

- Responsible for performing screening mammograms, quality control, and patient follow-up letters \n
- Orientation occurs every other Monday \n
- Scrubs required with no specific color requirement \n
- First-time travelers will be considered \n
- Candidates must live outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible \n
