Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Location\nSpringdale, Arkansas
Schedule / Job Type\nContract | Travel | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every other weekend required | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with an acuity-based patient ratio of 1:2/3 \n
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients throughout the shift \n
- Accurately document patient care activities and clinical data using Cerner EMR \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans \n
- Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient census demands \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience \n
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification \n
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification \n
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR \n
- \n
- Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment with complex patient populations \n
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a travel or temporary assignment setting \n
