Travel RN – NICU (3x12's, Nights)

Schedule / Job Type\nContract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12's) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients across all gestational ages and acuity levels in a 25-bed Level III NICU \n
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Bubble CPAP, ventilators, high flow nasal cannula, feeding pumps, breast pumps, and Alaris IV pumps \n
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3, adapting to changes in patient assignments as needed \n
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR \n
- Float to postpartum unit when census or staffing needs require \n
- Function as a collaborative team member, supporting colleagues during high-census or high-acuity shifts \n

- Active RN license (must meet state requirements for Indiana) \n
- Minimum 3 years of Level III NICU experience \n
- Current BLS certification \n
- Current NRP certification \n
- Ability to work weekends as assigned \n
- Must wear hospital-issued scrubs \n

- STABLE certification preferred \n
- Experience with IV insertion and delivery room stabilization \n
- Proficiency with CPAP and mechanical ventilator management \n
- \n
- Work in a dynamic Level III NICU caring for patients across a wide range of gestational ages and acuity levels, offering meaningful clinical challenge and variety \n
- 36 hours of weekly guaranteed hours provide schedule stability throughout your 13-week contract \n
