\nKey Responsibilities:

- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) with precision to assist in accurate cardiac assessments. \n
- Support and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) procedures as required. \n
- Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality, diagnostic cardiac images. \n
- Analyze preliminary imaging results and collaborate with physicians to ensure diagnostic accuracy. \n
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process clearly and reassuringly, ensuring their comfort and understanding. \n
- Monitor patient condition throughout procedures, responding promptly to any physiological changes. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies. \n
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of echocardiography equipment to ensure optimal performance. \n
- Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated patient care. \n
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards to maintain a secure clinical environment. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field. \n
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Echo Technician \n
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. \n
- Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology. \n
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills, with a compassionate approach. \n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment. \n
